The Move Efficiently Virtual Studio is now live and contains a growing library suitable for all levels - from complete beginners to advanced. Here you have access to: full length Pilates mat classes; small equipment classes; MOTR classes; 10 minute classes; series & challenges; exercise breakdowns and tutorials; information for those with injuries and pathologies.
These resources are for you to access anywhere, any time and enable you to create a committed Pilates practice that works for you.
Foundation Classes
Foundation classes focus on the Pilates principles: core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility. Learning or revisiting these principles helps enhance your Pilates practice and ensures that you get the most from your time on the mat.
Signature Classes

Tips for practicing Pilates at home
Prepare your space: ensure that you have enough room around your mat in all directions, that it is as quiet and calm as possible and that you can easily see your screen.
